ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Nurses’ organizational citizenship behavior, a spontaneous “altruistic work behavior”, may be affected by psychological capital and commitment, but its mechanism is not clear. The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics distribution capital, commitment behavior among nurses during COVID-19 epidemic, explore mediating role in behavior. Methods A cross-sectional survey conducted 746 from 6 designated hospitals for treatment China. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, structural equation model were used study.
