ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Pain is the most common challenge that hospitalized patients complain of and influenced by several patients, nurses, institutional-related factors. Most studies in Ethiopia on pain were focused surgical illnesses only. Objective To assess nurses’ management practice associated factors for admitted at Comprehensive Specialized Hospitals. Methods materials : A multi-center institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted five randomly selected Hospitals Amhara region from May 01 to June 01, 2022. multi-stage sampling method employed select a total 430 nurses whom responsible. Data collected using standard self-administered, structured, checklist questionnaires patients’ charts respectively. The modified Bloom’s criteria categorized overall as good, moderate, poor. checked, coded, entered into Epi-Data version 4.6 exported SPSS 25.
