Data from 114 patients who had the Hospital Clinics University Sao Paulo during 2018 were investigated through interrupted time-series generalised estimating equations marginal effects, including information patients' characteristics, lifestyle, anthropometric measures, hemodynamic biochemical exams, utilisation resources screening (180 days before) follow-up after) surgery. The preliminary statistical showed presented improvement, except cholesterol VLDL, overall increased after intervention. However, time series rise attributable cost surgery, followed by statistically decrease post-intervention costs. Changes also general, LDL, leading improvements intervention.Trends compared trends pre-intervention, resulting reduced obesity.
