ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Studies have shown that long noncoding RNAs and N6-methyladenosine play important roles in gastric cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation prognostic value m6A-related lncRNAs immune infiltration Methods We downloaded clinically related information RNA-Seq transcriptome data cancer patients from TCGA database. Univariate Cox regression analysis Pearson were used screen out lncRNAs. Consensus cluster divide sample into two clusters, LASSO construct a risk scoring model. Results A total 25 lncRNA expression profiles screened, divided different subtypes. Cluster 2 had better prognosis, but its stromal score, ESTIMATE score low. 1 rich resting memory CD4 T cells, regulatory monocytes, mast activated cells follicular helper cells. Thirteen selected model, prognosis high-risk group poor. PD-L1 tumours is significantly higher than normal tissues. multivariate results showed overall survival rate stage which can be as an independent factor. heatmap scatter plot clusters ( P = 0.0045) grade (G1–2, G3, 0.0037) prognosis. relationship between cell B dendritic M0 macrophages, M2 macrophages positively correlated with while NK negatively score. Conclusion indicate may role tumour microenvironment provide help for treatment patients.
