ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Prostate cancer (PCa) is currently the major malignancy in men. It becoming increasingly clear that competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulation networks are important a wide variety of cancers. Nevertheless, there still much to learn about biological functions ceRNA network prostate cancer. Methods The was constructed using "GDCRNATools" package. Based on survival analysis, we obtained AC005154.6/hsa-miR-29c-3p/CCNL2 for further analysis. prognostic model based this by univariate and multivariate Cox regression methods. Furthermore, functional enrichment mutation landscape immune infiltration drug sensitivity methylation pan-cancer molecular experiments CCNL2 were carried out investigate role tumorigenesis. Results We identified AC005154.6/CCNL2 axis as risk factor can promote progression bioinformatics analysis experiments. Immune suggested may act novel biomarker treatment decisions. level significantly decreased tumor samples, possibly contributing upregulation Moreover, differentially expressed multiple cancers tightly correlated with infiltration. Conclusion current study network, AC005154.6/hsa-miR-29c-3p/CCNL2. Potentially, be used early diagnosis decision-making treatment.
