ABSTRACT
Isometric handgrip resistance exercise, a nonpharmacological lifestyle modification, has been recommended as first-line treatment for hypertension. This study aimed to examine the relationship of strength blood pressure and risk hypertension.The responses examination 4597 participants in National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) were analyzed this study.
