ABSTRACT
Abstract Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) is one of the main palliative therapies for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which also regarded as a promising therapeutic strategy cancer treatment. However, drug-loaded microspheres (DLMs), commonly used clinical drugs, still have problems uneven particle size and unstable efficacy. Herein, gelatin was wall material microspheres, homogenous co-loaded with adriamycin Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles (ADM/Fe -MS) were further prepared by high-voltage electrospray technology. The introduction into DLMs not only provided excellent T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) properties, but improved anti-tumor effectiveness under microwave-induced hyperthermia. results showed that ADM/Fe -MS plus microwave irradiation had significantly better antitumor efficacy than other types at both cell animal levels. Our study confirmed ferroptosis involved in process irradiation, marker GPX4 decreased ACSL4 increased, inhibitors could reverse tumor killing effect caused to certain extent. mediated hyperthermia amplify activating can improve TACE HCC. This it feasible use uniform-sized enhance Graphical
