Staff views on overdose prevention in permanent supportive housing

ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Permanent supportive housing (PSH) is the gold standard intervention for chronic homelessness, but PSH tenants face high risk overdose due to a combination of individual and environmental factors. Little research has examined prevention in PSH. Methods We conducted baseline surveys with staff from 20 New York buildings participating an technical assistance study. were invited via email complete brief online survey about their knowledge perspectives on implementing practices Results Surveys completed by 178 286 invitations sent (response rate 62.2%).
