ABSTRACT
The status of vaginal microbiota in persistent high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) infection is unclear. present work aimed to identify the HPV and explore possible underlying factors.A total 100 women were recruited this study, which 28 presented HR-HPV (P group), 30 showed clearance any subtype (C 42 had no history (NC group). community structure three groups compared based on 16S rRNA sequencing V3-V4 region. diversity differential analysis carried out detect potential factors associated with infection.P C an increase Firmicutes Actinobacteriota but a decrease Proteobacteria NC group. Chao1 index indicated that microbial richness group was greater than < 0.05).The principal co-ordinate analysis(PCoA) revealed differences between P/C groups. The linear discriminant effect size (LEfSe) method phylum significantly different mean relative abundance group, but P did not show such indicative taxa. Wilcox rank-sum test Bifidobacterium = 0.002) Lactobacillus 0.005) high group. The dysbiosis microbiota. Microbiome regulation Bifidobacteria may affect HPV.
