ABSTRACT
Preconception care (PCC) is a series of biomedical, mental, and psycho-social health services provided to women couple before pregnancy throughout subsequent pregnancies for desired outcomes. Millions new-borns have died in low-income countries due impediments that arise exaggerate during are not deal with as part pre-conception care.
