ABSTRACT
Traditional markets are important trading places for medicinal plants, and researchers performing market surveys often engage in ethnobotanical research to record the herbal plants used locally any related traditional knowledge. However, information on market-traded from Lijiang area of Yunnan is not well documented. This an survey focusing traded contributes understanding by Naxi people.Ethnobotanical were performed two years (2019-2020). Three investigated. The methods we included literature research, participatory group discussions. collected voucher specimens identified using botanical taxonomy method deposited herbarium. data analysed through informant consensus factor use frequency (UF). These compared with Information System Chinese Rare Endangered Plants Academy Sciences. Those results turn Dongba Sutras Yulong Ben Cao.A total 277 species 97 families recorded, Asteraceae providing maximum numbers plants. Among them, 248 (89%) wild 266 (92.39%) local area. Root (40.43%) was most common part. A 267 (96.04%) had a UF value above 0.5. Eighty-three investigated human ailments grouped into 16 categories. Diseases digestive system (166 mentions) frequently mentioned this study. There 19 nationally protected China, including 2 first-level 17 second-level 31 these can be found Sutra or Cao.We surveyed medicine covering area, analysing revealing resource composition current situations. people diverse treat wide spectrum body disorders. many ensure sustainable development, their natural protection should strengthened. Knowledge recorded medical classics has further developed.
