ABSTRACT
Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is a gold standard for terminal term gonarthrosis patients in order to diminish pain, correct deformities, and regain stability. Postoperative functional recovery of depends on the current postoperative rehabilitation program an important extent. The purpose our study compare midterm level who were included physiotherapy following TKA with people similar ages without any surgical indication nor intervention. We have aimed also functionality had additional kinesiotaping (KT) treatment conservative only after arthroplasty. Functional evaluated at end first month by 6-min walk test Lysholm score respectively. There was no statistical difference between groups terms height, weight, body mass index, score, (p > 0.05). In patient group TKA, KT greater = 0.005). considered procedure increase quality life improve patients. It necessary immediately control pain edema apply intensive muscle strengthening around hip success operation.
