ABSTRACT
For thoracic surgeons, three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography (3-DCTBA) is a convenient way to analyze pulmonary variations before segmentectomy. Mediastinal lingular artery (MLA) one of the representative variations. The 3-DCTBA data left upper lobe (LUL) were collected from patients who underwent surgery January 2018 December 2019. We reviewed patterns bronchi vessels grouped them according different classifications.Among all 404 cases 3-DCTBA, mediastinal was found in 107 (26.49%). The B3 vein division (LUD) are distinct between (M-type) group interlobar (IL-type) group. veins division, as well pattern LUD, have no differences M-type IL-type groups.Mediastinal speculated originate variation B3, MLA independently influences venous LUD turn.
