ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Circular RNAs (circRNAs) have been associated with bladder cancer (BC), but the specific underlying molecular mechanism of their association BC development has not fully explored. Methods Levels Circ_0008532, MTGR1 and miR-155-5p/miR-330-5p in cell lines tissues were determined quantitative real-time PCR western blotting assays. In vitro vivo assays performed to investigate function circ_0008532 tumorigenesis cells. The relationships predicted using bioinformatic tools verified by RNA-FISH, RIP luciferase effects on Notch signaling pathway GSEA analysis assay. Results We found that is upregulated tissues. Moreover, overexpression promotes, silencing inhibits capacity for invasive addition, can directly interact miR-155-5p miR-330-5p as an miRNA sponge which mediates expression target gene downstream signaling. Conclusions Circ_0008532 may act oncogene through a novel circ_0008532/miR-155-5p, /MTGR1/Notch axis, turn provide potential biomarkers therapeutic management cancer.
