ABSTRACT
Rising evidences bespeak that circular RNAs are indispensable in regulating cellular biological behaviors and engaging diseases' occurrence. CircRHOBTB3 has been reported to participate intimately the progression of some cancers. Nevertheless, mechanism by which circRHOBTB3 regulates tumorigenesis epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) remains ill-defined. The present study determined expression pattern bio-effects EOC. Furthermore, it revealed could serve as ceRNA miR‑23a-3p facilitate PTEN expression, suppress proliferation, G1/S transition, invasion, promote apoptosis Summarily, our findings provided a primary research foundation might be typified neoteric biomarker promising target EOC, is essential for improving early diagnosis precision treatment, so cut down EOC's mortality finally.
