ABSTRACT
We conducted a single-center cohort study of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients from 2011 to 2020 understand their real world treatment and outcomes, especially changes in physical function quality life (QOL) elderly patients, including those aged ≥ 80 years.For RA attending our outpatient clinic, we annually recorded tender swollen joint counts, laboratory findings, therapeutic drugs, scores the Japanese Health Assessment Questionnaire EuroQoL-5 Dimensions questionnaire. examined outcomes over time, by age group, enrolled 10-year period, 2020.One thousand eight hundred thirty were data once year, total 9299 patient records evaluated.
