ABSTRACT
Chicken gut microbiota has paramount roles in host performance, health and immunity. Understanding the topological difference microbial community composition is crucial to provide knowledge on functions of each members physiological maintenance host. The profiling chicken was commonly performed previously using culture-dependent early culture-independent methods which had limited coverage accuracy. Advances technology based next-generation sequencing (NGS), offers unparalleled depth determining dynamics. Thus, aim this study investigate ileal caecal development as aged, important for future effective modulation.Ileal contents broiler were extracted from 7, 14, 21 42-day old chicken.
