ABSTRACT
Abstract Device-to-device (D2D) communication-enabled cellular networks allow devices to directly communicate with each other without any evolved NodeB (eNB). D2D communication aims improve the spectral efficiency and increases overall system capacity. For future mobile networks, intelligent radio resource allocation power control schemes are required accommodate increasing number of their growing demand data traffic. In this paper, a combined scheme for is proposed. proposed scheme, reuses uplink (UL) resources conventional user equipments (CUEs); therefore, we have adopted single-carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) as UL transmission scheme. The uses fractional reuse (FFR)-based architecture efficiently allocate mitigate interference between CUEs (DUEs). order guarantee fairness, well-known proportional fair (PF) scheduling algorithm allocation. We also an which provides equal opportunity both DUEs achieve certain minimum signal-to-interference noise ratio (SINR) value. performance evaluation results show that significantly improves cell capacity achieves low peak-to-average (PAPR).
