ABSTRACT
Routine immunization, one of the most effective public health interventions, has effectively reduced death and morbidity due to a variety infectious diseases. However, allergic reactions vaccines occur very rarely can be life threatening. Given large numbers administered worldwide, there is need for an international consensus regarding evaluation management vaccines.Following review literature, with active participation representatives from World Allergy Organization (WAO), European Academy Clinical Immunology (EAACI), American Allergy, Asthma, (AAAAI), College (ACAAI), final committee was formed purpose having members who represented wide-range countries, had previously worked on vaccine safety, included both allergist/immunologists as well vaccinologists.Consensus reached topics, including: definition immediate reactions, including anaphylaxis, approaches distinguish association causality, patients history reaction previous vaccine, components vaccines.This document provides comprehensive internationally accepted guidelines access on-line documents help practitioners around world identify following immunization. It also framework further present either or allergy component vaccines.
