ABSTRACT
Abstract Background The mechanism by which circRERE (hsa_circ_0006837) modulates the malignant progression of gastric cancer was investigated to identify a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for this disease. Methods Hsa_circ_0006837 expression in GC tissues cells detected RT-qPCR. Several data analysis methods were used evaluate significance dysregulated hsa_circ_0006837 GC. patients followed up five years, survival conducted using Kaplan-Meier curves. Cox regression subsequently performed analyze risk factors prognosis. behaviors CCK-8 Transwell assays. relationship between miR-424-5p assessed conducting Spearman correlation verified dual-luciferase reporter assay.
