ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT It has been demonstrated that B cells were decreased in the BM of SPARC-null mice, accompanied by a lack immune response to LPS. However, effect SPARC deficiency on lymphopoiesis remains unclear. Herein, we investigated role regulation lymphopoiesis, as well underlying molecular mechanisms. In present study, found size B-lineage progenitors (pro-B and pre-B plus immature cells) primitive hematopoietic (LSK LTC reduced, whereas multipotent (CFU-S12) increased mice. When transplanted into lethally irradiated WT cell population recipients was restored level equivalent generated cells, suggesting changes microenvironment mice affect lymphopoiesis. Furthermore, BMSCs did not support differentiation vitro, conditioned medium derived from inhibited differentiation. addition rmSPARC coculture system restore impaired summary, our findings suggest plays crucial early
