ABSTRACT
Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio are related to quantitative reservoir properties such as porosity, rock strength, mineral total organic carbon content, they can be used infer preferential drilling locations or sweet spots. Conventionally, computed estimated with a physics law in terms of P-wave, S-wave impedances/velocities, density which may directly inverted prestack seismic data. However, the term imbedded is difficult estimate because it less sensitive seismic-amplitude variations, indirect way create more uncertainty for estimation ratio. This study combines elastic impedance equation variation incident angle inversion produce stable direct ratio, no need information from We initially derive novel And then, enhance stability, we develop varying damping singular value decomposition (EVA-DSVD) method implemented two-step inversion: Elastic parameter estimation. The introduction model constraint DSVD algorithm renders EVA-DSVD stable. Tests on synthetic data show that still reasonable moderate noise. A test real set shows results good agreement well interpretation.
