8152 Background: The management of the cancer patients frequently relies on ability to deliver a variety intravenous agents over prolonged period. A central venous catheter (CVC) currently represents most adopted line for undergoing infusional chemotherapy and/or high-dose with concomitant blood stem cell transplantation and parenteral nutrition. aim this study was explore feasibility safety CVC insertion under ultrasound (US) control. US offers advantage real-time, multiplanar imaging as well Doppler analysis, which makes it very practical improves by allowing operator identify major vessels. Methods: patient is placed in Trendelenburg’s position.
