Enrollment defined by clinical stage (T1c), PSA 20 ng/mL, diagnosis Gleason 6 or 7 tumor volume >50%, doubling time greater than 1 year. The main objective study evaluate rate discontinuing receive therapy reasons leaving protocol. Results: (age 44-84 years) have median follow-up 40 months (range 4-161). total 24 out (12%) moved treatment. For before 2010 until 2012, were 0%. In 2013, 8 (4%) received 2014, 12 (6%) 2015, 4 (2%) date. The average per year 4%.
