e12553 Background: There have been numerous studies conducted linking Vitamin D deficiency to various cancers, including cancers of the breast. Studies associating and Breast cancer shown mixed results in patients with no clear consensus. Recently published vitro that active form can inhibit metastatic capability breast cell lines bone. Based on this we aimed elucidate whether there exists any correlation between at diagnosis Metastatic cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis EMR for women diagnosed enrolled Oncology database seen NYMC-Metropolitan Hospital Center from 2010-2016 was done. Patients were grouped into either metastases or without their levels reviewed. 25- Hydroxy measured within one year included study. Study planned specifically as not monitored frequently prior 2010.
