ABSTRACT
e23118 Background: Mission and vision statements (MVS) help convey an institution's identity priorities. Missions describe objectives responsibilities, while visions overarching directions for the future. Effectively communicating MVS is particularly important cancer centers hospitals seeking to inspire reach patients employees. We sought assess composition, readability, topics addressed provided by NCI-designated their affiliated hospitals.
