194 Background: PTEN Hamartoma Tumor Syndrome (PHTS) is a multisystem disorder that affects various organs and systems in the body, presenting with range of clinical manifestations. Individuals PHTS face elevated risks cancer neurological symptoms, along significant physical psychological challenges, which underscores need for ongoing research development effective management strategies. The purpose this study to identify risk factors are associated lower self-reported quality life individuals using quantitative data from Foundation's patient registry surveys. Methods: Spearman correlation analysis survey answers 232 members foundation revealed negative correlations between features such as autism spectrum (-.20**) diagnoses (-.21**). Results: This suggests more severe penetrant cases on variability challenges negatively impact life. Additionally, 72.6% participants reported reducing top priority. Conclusions: findings highlight healthcare providers anticipate extra care psychosocial attention who have an diagnosis, provide education counseling about prevention strategies those heightened risk.
