ABSTRACT
To investigate the expression of DNMT3b in human bladder cancer tissues and its correlation with postoperative survival patients cancer.Thirty-eight pairs surgically resected adjacent were detected by immunohistochemistry for expression, correlations level analyzed patients'age, gender, pathological grade, tumor size, T stage, lymph node metastasis TNM stages. Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to assess effect on outcomes patients.High protein 63.16% 13.16% (P < 0.05). The associated grade (P=0.002), size 0.001), stage lymphatic (P=0.039) but not gender or age patients. Multivariate logistic regression showed that correlated (P=0.008) grades (P=0.042). a high had significantly shorter overall than those low (P=0.021).DNMT3b overexpression is closely related such clinicopathological factors as metastasis, patients, suggesting potential value prognostic marker new therapeutic target cancer.
