ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the incidence of enteral feeding intolerance and its risk factors in patients with malignant oral maxillofacial tumors. Methods We conducted a retrospective analysis 122 tumor admitted general hospital for nutrition between March, 2018 2021. The to was analyzed, two groups without were compared age, gender, height, weight, pathological staging, types preparations, clinical treatment (physical hypothermia nasal delivery), drug usage (sedatives, vasoactive drugs, acid suppressant, potassium preparation, antibiotics hormones) biochemical parameters (serum total protein, serum albumin, blood glucose concentration). Logistic regression used analyze influencing nutritional patients. Results Of patients, 52 had an rate 42.6%. showed that preparation (OR=4.125, P=0.027, 95%CI: 1.178-14.444), sedatives P=0.000, 2.007-11.765) hypoproteinemia (OR=3.557, P=0.010, 1.351-9.366) independent tumors, while adding dietary fiber protective factor (OR= 0.108, P=0.015, 0.018-0.643). Conclusion is high Enteral preparations are recommended these should be closely monitored intolerance, timely intervention administered reduce incidence.
