[Surgical treatment for ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fracture].

To retrospectively analyze efficacy of single structure internal fixation and double in the treatment ipsilateral femoral shaft neck fracture, their indications.From June 2015 to December 2020, 21 patients with fracture were treated, including 14 males 7 females, aged 23 69 years old an average of(38.1±12.9) old. According different sites, some fixed cephalomedullary implant for both shaft(single structure, InterTan or PFNA Ⅱ), cannulated screws a retrograde locking nail (dual structure), postoperative function complications recorded during follow-up. In 10 cases single-structure fixation, necks all basicervical fractures, fractures located proximal isthmus;11 double-structure 9 11 basal type neck, 2 type, isthmus distal isthmus.All followed up 12 27 months. No head necrosis, deformity, delay nonunion occurred no delayed union fractures;At final follow-up, Harris score was 91.8±4.1, 8 excellent good. The dual-structure achieved good without except 1 case had union;At 92.4±5.9, excellent, 3 good, fair.Good reduction is key such fractures.
