ABSTRACT
Single and double capture cross sections in collisions between Li+ N5+ ions with H2 molecules are calculated the range of impact velocities v = 0.05–0.5 a.u., using Franck-Condon approximation a molecular close coupling expansion. Given complex characteristics these systems, application ab-initio methods becomes prohibitive, approximate techniques have been implemented.
