ABSTRACT
The intracellular domain of the amyloid precursor protein (AICD) is generated following cleavage by γ-secretase complex and involved in membrane to nucleus signaling, for which binding AICD adapter FE65 essential. Here we show that knockdown causes a down regulation BLM MCM family elevated nuclear levels result stabilization mobile spheres. These spheres are able grow fuse, potentially correspond 10. plays role DNA replication repair mechanisms was also shown play cell's response damage. A set proliferation assays our work revealed cells exhibit reduced cell HEK293T cells. On basis these results, hypothesize (nuclear FE65/BLM containing spheres) may regulate cycle re-entry neurons due increased interaction with and/or an increase levels. Thus, interactions proteins contribute neuronal observed Alzheimer disease brains.
