ABSTRACT
A near infrared (NIR) method was developed for the control of protective reaction in synthesis emamectin benzoate. NIR spectrometer with a fibre-optic probe used to analyse residual content avermectin and by-product shield. Partial least squares regression develop calibration models, which were preprocessed by second derivative first straight-line subtraction preprocessing methods. After optimising spectral pre-treatment, coefficient determination ( R 2 ) 0.92 0.99 root mean square errors 0.18% 0.46%, respectively. When models determine content, prediction 0.20% 0.48%, These preliminary findings suggest that could be predict simultaneously process completed within min without sample destruction. The adjusted according results obtained using method. indicated information contained spectra may useful
