ABSTRACT
This report details the clinical and histopathological characteristics course of glandular tularemia, an uncommon but significant cause cervical lymphadenopathy in two children. Tularemia should be considered differential diagnosis cases with non-tuberculosis, suppurative lymphadenopathy, particularly those not responding to penicillin treatment.
