ABSTRACT
The most common form of splenic anomaly with a concurrent short pancreas is polysplenia, which has been described in various studies the radiological literature. However, duplication never reported. We report here case associated and pre-duodenal portal vein. This extremely rare shows unique multidetector CT findings that are distinguishable from lobulation or cleft.
