ABSTRACT
The stress check program has been part of annual employees' health screening since 2015. Employees are recommended, but not obliged, to undergo the offered. This study was designed examine factors associated with attendance.A total 31,156 Japanese employees who underwent an examination and a service at Occupational Health Service Center in 2016 participated this study. Data from included attendance, date attendance (if implemented), gender, age, workplace industry, number workplace, tobacco alcohol consumption. were analyzed using multiple logistic regression.The mean rate 90.8%. A higher lower duration examination, age ≥30 years, construction transport 50-999 workplace. medical welfare industry ≥1,000 workplace.These findings provide insights into developing strategies for improving attendance. In particular, may improve if conducted simultaneously.
