ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND Despite its surgical complexity, kidney transplantation (KT) with multiple renal arteries (MRA) is comparable in performance to KT a single artery (SRA). This study aimed evaluate the effect of MRA and investigate risk factors for graft loss living-donor MRA. MATERIAL AND METHODS included recipients who underwent our hospital from February 2002 March 2023. The primary outcome was whether decreased prognosis transplanted kidneys. secondary outcomes were MRA, such as recipients' characteristic. RESULTS Out 197 recipients, 47 (23.8%) received kidneys In inverse probability treatment weighting, did not increase compared that SRA (hazard ratio [HR]: 1.46; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.68-3.14). associated ABO blood-incompatible (HR: 5.09, CI: 1.75-14.7). CONCLUSIONS KT, can loss.
