ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND Pim-3 kinase is a highly homologous serine/threonine that overexpressed in hematological malignancies and solid tumors. Few studies have been conducted to define the role of tumors, especially prostate cancer. The aim this study was development prognosis MATERIAL AND METHODS We collected specimens from 160 patients with cancer, as well 100 benign prostatic hyperplasia. Realtime polymerase chain reaction used for assessment expression at RNA level Western blot quantify protein synthesis 3 different cell lines. RESULTS found mRNA cancer tissue significantly higher than hyperplasia (p<0.05). Accordingly, lines also control cells. In addition, status associated pathological parameters such pre-surgery specific antigen, Gleason score, stage, lymphoid metastasis. High decreased survival rate after surgery. CONCLUSIONS an important risk factor cancer; we are first team report valuable biomarker Chinese.
