ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND:Cisplatin (cis-diamminedichloroplatinum, DDP) resistance is identified as the primary obstacle during lung cancer treatment, while DDP exist extensively. This report was to investigate roles of propofol in cells tolerance and potential mechanisms. MATERIAL AND METHODS:A549 A549/DDP were treated with for 48 hours, cell proliferation suppression rate detected by MTT (thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide) assay half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) calculated. Besides, apoptosis determined flow cytometry respectively propofol-treated A549 cells. Furthermore, we performed determine influence on sensitivity DDP. RESULTS:The results demonstrated that IC₅₀ lower than Propofol dramatically inhibited promoted In addition, significantly improved anti-proliferative impact cells, value decreased after treatment compare control group. Moreover, Wnt/β-catenin pathway a dose-dependent manner both CONCLUSIONS:Our indicated could apoptosis, stimulated function multiplication via signaling pathway, also provided new cure clinical.
