A concept of a communicative survey is reexamined with the works by Habermas and planning theorists in 1980’s 90’s. Author focuses on roles planners process, states their role to derive practitioners’ unintended consequences, have reflective dialogue based it, lead next step community building. case distant refugees attached verify it.
