ABSTRACT
To investigate the effects of participation in nursing student congresses and other motivation sources on students' occupational states.This descriptive pilot study covers 29 students who are studying department. The answers given to "Motivation's Resources Problems Scale" (MRPS) were evaluated with Mann-Whitney U (MWU) test which is one non-parametric tests.The mean age participants was 19.2±0.9 years. There no significant difference between participated those did not participate MRPS total scores. However, even though significant, medical vocational high school internal levels found be higher than graduates.There ranking scores that acquired from scale status congress. On hand, there factors motivate learning students. Planning studies about increasing positive suggested.
