ABSTRACT
Previous studies have shown that biologic agents out of the nine medicines might be beneficial for treatment SLE. The aim this study was to evaluate most effective medication six in SLE using network meta-analysis (NMA). performance these processes is ranked according results analysis.Multiple databases including PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane Library used identify applicable articles collect relevant data analyzed by STATA (13.0) software. papers included were divided into control group (placebo) observation (one medicines).A total 21 eligible RCTs identified, a 995 included, showed belimumab had highest probability being clinically efficacious intervention, with surface under cumulative ranking (SUCRA) curve 75.0, significantly superior (P < 0.05) placebo alone. blisibimod worst, SUCRA value 29.4. other (atacicept, blisibimod, epratuzumab, rituximab, tabalumab) insignificantly > alone.Belimumab best compared tabalumab). indicated an insignificant difference efficacy placebo.
