ABSTRACT
Gastric cancer is among the most common human cancers with high mortality rates. ADAM10, a member of ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) family has also been found to be associated gastric carcinoma suggested as potential therapeutic target. Here, we investigated association ADAM10 expression prognosis in adenocarcinoma patients that underwent resection D2 lymph node dissection.Total 86 consecutive for were included. Immunohistochemical its clinicopathological parameters analyzed. Univariate multivariate analyses survival performed using SPSS ver.22.High grade tumors, advanced stage tumors diffuse type showed significantly worse prognosis. A statistically significant between overall (OS) was observed univariate analysis, however, this did not maintain significance analysis. No ADAM-10 parameters.Immunohistochemical may used prognostic marker adenocarcinoma, introduction standardized immunohistochemical scoring system seems necessary evaluation staining.
