ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the effect of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging combined with 3D-printed templates on biopsy results and diagnostic efficacy in patients lung tumors. Methods: This was a comparative study. A total 80 suspected tumors admitted to Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital from May 2022 December 2023 were selected as research subjects divided into study group control per different detection methods. Patients treated imaging-guided percutaneous aspiration lung, while those observation underwent 3D printed templates. Afterward, two groups their complications compared. Results: No significant differences observed tissue length scanning time between (P>0.05). The operation number biopsies less than group, (P<0.05). Meanwhile, there no statistically difference specificity (15.00% vs. 27.50%) misdiagnosis rate (2.50% 10.00%) Moreover, incidence 5.00%, lower (7.50%), (χ2=0.213, P=0.644). Conclusion: found have superior fewer punctures shorter puncture time, making it worthy promotion clinical application. doi: https://doi.org/10.12669/pjms.41.4.9828 How cite this: Zhang J, Ran C, Chen Song H, Li X.
