Cardiovascular pathology encompasses a wide range of diseases characterized by common risk factors such as atherosclerotic disease, diabetes, and arterial hypertension. These conditions can be effectively mitigated through the adoption healthy lifestyle. Additionally, telemedicine, along with other forms direct or indirect electronic interaction, may play significant role in prevention cardiovascular diseases.In order to evaluate perception doctors elderly patients from Bucharest county, preventive telemedicine means, we created specific questionnaire. We collected online questionnaire: demographic data, level education, medical software applications used, parameters, com-pliance. The obtained data were processed using Windows Office program. surveyed performed WhatsApp (in 55% cases), phone short message text 40% cases). platform ASSMB (0.5%).
