ABSTRACT
Cardiovascular pathology encompasses a wide range of diseases characterized by common risk factors such as atherosclerotic disease, diabetes, and arterial hypertension. These conditions can be effectively mitigated through the adoption healthy lifestyle. Additionally, telemedicine, along with other forms direct or indirect electronic interaction, may play significant role in prevention cardiovascular diseases.In order to evaluate perception doctors elderly patients from Bucharest county, preventive telemedicine means, we created specific questionnaire. We collected online questionnaire: demographic data, level education, medical software applications used, parameters, com-pliance. The obtained data were processed using Windows Office program. surveyed performed WhatsApp (in 55% cases), phone short message text 40% cases). platform ASSMB (0.5%). Doctors' preferences asses (75%), cognitive disorders (65%), functional (60%) evaluations. majority 50% will resort alternative consultations (through physical examination telemedicine) future only if it is strictly necessary. Doctors predominantly women, residing urban environment. Telemedicine was carried out for patients. Most believe that improve doctor-patient relationship therapeutic compliance monitoring take place at office via telemedicine. methods (physical examination/ when deemed necessary; number would encompassing both in-person visits options.
