ABSTRACT
Fibromyalgia (FM), through the presence of clinical polymorphism and widespread chronic pain, stiffens musculoskeletal system in specific locations. For patients with FM, this comparative study was conducted to understand benefits conservative therapy versus intrinsic relaxation help clinicians select most appropriate interventions for condition. 60 FM from two cohorts (Group A Group B) were included analysis. received physical therapy, group B recovery relaxation. Their assessment using Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) scale, Catastrophizing Scale (PCS), mobility tests, nerve decompression procedures. The results show that experienced pain as well catastrophizing significantly reduced both groups, p = 0.00. In addition, score increased (p 0.00), root compression decreased, indicating a significant change < 0.05). there are improvements but not statistically > multidisciplinary intervention had an effect size 0.85 points on BPI 0.71 PCS, while produced moderate 0.75 scale low PCS 0.39 points. After weeks interventions, we observed greater differences intensity reduction groups.
