ABSTRACT
<ns3:p><ns3:bold>Background:</ns3:bold> Query fever (Q fever), caused by Coxiella burnetii, is a highly infectious zoonotic infection to humans and livestock. Despite extensive efforts develop effective vaccines against this disease, only one vaccine licensed available. The aim of study was investigate the global research trends, keystone bibliometric parameters, network visualization mapping in Q from 1941 2021. </ns3:p><ns3:p> <ns3:bold>Methods: </ns3:bold>A retrospective followed visualized conducted. searches were conducted Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E) Edition Web Core Collection (WoSCC). following keywords used: "Q fever" OR "Query "Coxiella burnetii" "Coxiella-burnetii" "C. (Topic) AND "Vaccin*" "Immuniz*" "Immunis*" without any limitation. data plotted for co-authorship countries, co-occurrence plus, bibliographic coupling sources mapping. VOSviewer version 1.6.17 used visualization. <ns3:bold>Results:</ns3:bold> bibliographical search resulted total 478 publications which included study. mainly published English (n=436), while major document types articles (n=391). most productive year 2014 (n=33), cited 2020 (n=1026). extensively studied areas immunology veterinary science, plus Q-fever Coxiella-burnetii. Kazar J (n=17) leading author, famous journal Acta Virologica (n=23). active institution Slovak Academy Sciences (n=32), country US (n=129). <ns3:bold>Conclusion:</ns3:bold> A rapid increase has been observed citations past 20 years. This might be great interest provide standard information keystones parameters research.</ns3:p>
