ABSTRACT
<ns3:p>Background Oral cavity malignancies pose a significant health burden, necessitating accurate diagnostic tools for optimal treatment planning. This cross-sectional study investigates the role of Computed Tomography (CT) in evaluating oral malignancies, focusing on tumor thickness and nodal staging. The is conducted tertiary care hospital Central India, aiming to enhance precision this region. Methods A prospective, design employed over two years. Patients with clinical or biopsy-proven carcinoma are included after obtaining informed consent. CT scans performed using standardized protocol, imaging findings correlated histopathological Statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, bivariate analysis, correlation multivariable modeling, SPSS version 27.0. Expected Outcome Anticipated outcomes include comprehensive understanding accuracy stage malignancies. aims delineate extent depth soft tissue bony invasion, assess metastases, correlate radiologic results. expected will contribute valuable insights into utility management potentially influencing decisions improving patient outcomes.</ns3:p>
