ABSTRACT
<ns5:p>We present a genome assembly from male <ns5:italic>Meiosimyza decipiens</ns5:italic> (fly; Arthropoda; Insecta; Diptera; Lauxaniidae). The sequence has total length of 436.39 megabases. Most the (99.68%) is scaffolded into 6 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including X and Y sex chromosomes. mitochondrial also been assembled 16.39 kilobases in length.</ns5:p>
