ABSTRACT
The study was conducted during December, 2015 at the Community Health Center (CHC) of Human Development Foundation (HDF), Mardan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan with objectives to services delivered by CHC rural poor’s. For this primary data were collected means questionnaires from 120 female respondents and analyzed descriptive statistics. Findings pointed that all satisfied for medical care provided them CHCs contribute in significant ways growth stability low-income neighborhoods. All preference treatment even if another facility is made available they are willing always recommend her friends, relatives, family more rather than others. In conclusion it be said plays a pivotal role enhancing health status population district providing facilities centers community/patients majority situation heath system CHC. It recommended project must extended other areas district, so will benefited its interventions also attention should given patient introducing modern door step needy patient.
